Opal Nail Art Tutorial

When I was a child, my grandma gave me an opal ring.  Even though it was too big for my fingers, I was obsessed with it.  The fiery gemstone made me feel like I had a magic ring from a fairy tale.  When I saw this nail tutorial from XO Vain, I had to give it a try.  Since my ring is a milky white with shots of color, I made a few adjustments, and here are the results.
