I’m a fan of quick and easy recipes, so when I saw “Campfire” Cooking in the June 2019 issue of Good Housekeeping, I knew I wanted to try a recipe. I decided on the Fiery Feta, but since I was cooking in my kitchen and not outside, I made a few changes such as using a bread pan instead of making a foil packet and using the broiler instead of the grill.

While my version looks different than the one pictured in the magazine, it tasted delicious. I spooned the Fiery Feta onto a baked sweet potato for a combo that is definitely worth repeating.

It looks like you nailed the execution and taste! Magazine food photos are so staged and often not even edible. You nailed it.

Ooh yum. I like how you change the recipes; as long as it tastes good, right?

As long as it tastes good right? This sounds quite tasty. And always looking for summer recipes as it is harder to cook in the summer months.
